Need help finding motivation...
I have been struggling to find motivation to eat healthy and be fit for some time now. It is so easy to come home order takeout and relax for the rest of the evening. I have tried everything from building time in my schedule to workout, waking up earlier, and meal planning but I still can't motivate myself to change my habits. Feeling fatigued, not working out, and eating junk is becoming a routine for me and I won't out fast
I need to change my lifestyle for the better soon! Any advice??
