I really overate yesterday. The good is that I only had2meals. The bad, I still blew it. But I'm ok with it. I'll just keep to my plan and watch it. I've learned that eating out is not ideal until I get it all off and start the maintenance phase.

Well, I keep seeing Keto, Keto. Honestly I don't know what that is. I see KCal but ignore it. I use the food diary to stay within my rdi. So I am happy it helps. Right now I would love to have a southern homemade meal. Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, biscuits or cornbread. Sweet tea. But I want to get my belly down so I will leave the good stuff alone for now. Uggh
