I'm a 60 year old woman from Oklahoma City. With an ever-decreasing metabolism due to age and menopause, I realize that it's those little things I do EVERY day (or almost every day) that can either destroy my goals or make my weight goals happen. I have to show up and spend time and effort on healthy habits... every day. The minutes I spend doing exercise is the best use of my time for the entire day. It increases metabolism for many hours afterwards. Making it a priority!
And remember ... Nothing tastes as good as being skinny feels.
