Really went off my diet today. Went out with some friends and ate a 6 oz steak, green beans, mashed potatoes, french onion soup, and vanilla cheese cake. I will be going right back on the induction tomorrow.

Well I have not lost any weight this week but I can tell it in my clothes. Will keep trying and maybe I will see some results next week.

I am on all 14 kinds of meds including taking two water pills a day. I knew that I would not be losing alot of water weight due to the water pills I take. I am very happy with the 5 lbs I have lost so far. I will keep on going until I have won the battle.

We have been busy the last couple of days so had to catch up today. Can someone tell me once again how to add a buddy. I just could not find out how to add a new buddy to contacted me. If I can't find you again please contact me again. Sorry about the problem,I would love to have you as a buddy.

Well I tried real hard again today to keep on track. I don't know if anyone has ever made this but I tried something tonight. I put a can of tuna (low salt). about 1/4th cup of sweet onion.about 3 handfuls of pork skins (crushed) 2 eggs. about 2 tlbs of half and half. and garlic and seasoning to taste. I then added 3 TBS of unsalted butter to a fry pan and made the croquettes. I felt like they came out really good.
