I decided I need to start working out instead of just focusing on what I am eating. Today was my first day using the Power 90 (P90) program. So far I love it! Today was sculpting and it was definitely a workout. I am sure tomorrow I will be completely sore, but hopefully doing the cardio and ab burner portions of the exercise tomorrow will help stretch out those muscles.

I would most definitely suggest P90 to those of you that have considered doing P90X. It's a great starting point to work your way up to P90X. :)
