I did sleep better last night, though I'm still not able to sleep in my bed. But we're working on it so I'm optimistic.

Started PT this week & walked around with my pillow last night trying to find a comfortable place to sleep. Ultrasound showed minor old-age related issues with ankle swelling, heart is okay too, should be good for another 10 years or so, don't expect to need it much longer than that. Overall, I'm fine, just bits & pieces irritatingly in need of repair. What I really need to do is stop complaining & count my blessings instead. Hope you all have a lovely weekend. Stay safe in this extremely hot weather. 93° at noon here in Houston. 💚💜💛
