masih harus banyak yg di buang. banyak PR nya. dari pada hamburin uang tiap minggu juta an buat beli obat m mnuman penurun bb mnding uangnya buat investasi kesehatan beli sayur buah makanan sehat dan alhamdulillah bisa beli trdmill semoga gak malas2 an lagi diet sehat dn olahraganya. . 😍
