Hello I am having some struggles this week, I am waking up at night which is normal with sleep apnea but waking up starving. I will eat a few grapes or something. I guess this is the time i shld try and drink water to somehow get past this. I have been referred to a neurosurgeon that will put in my pain pump In my lower lumbar. This will soon have me up and around I cant wait. I End my days crying in so much pain in my back, neuropathy in legs. Debra says when she is hungry she drinks water, that is willpower. I will go to dietician tomorrow with bariatric surgeon in preparation for that surgery. Those of you losing all this weight gives me hope making me think there is a future within my grasp. God has brought me this far By his grace I am made whole. Thank you I was telling people what a great supportive group yall are. God bless Sheila :)

I am really siked i happen to pick up a couple of my blouses that use to fit tight especially around my behind (lol). but since im not seeing a whole lot on the scale feeling like dang i joined wrong challenge!
but i had put them on and they fit me like a short dress! I was so happy could not believe it. So, I have been trying to upload a photo I hv an old galaxy 2 android phn it only lets me pick those fat secret offers. My husband has a nice phn mega galaxy so tried from there and FS will not allow me to update my password since my phn remembers me. I am proud and would like to at some point show how cute im getting :-)
Fellow people who may be like me next time i go to store i will get a measuring tape to keep track. Anybody else who wants to join me thats cool we can share together privately instead of putting ourself on blast . So dont feel bad if inches is all your losing, ? why is this challenge so short and can it be extended. God bless and happy losing i should get a scale at home this week. Thnx Sheila
