my name is brenda ,i am married to a wounderful man and going on 26 years , we have 1 son 21 and a daughter 18 , we are very happy family ,i cant work or move around much ,so i eat and i have gained so much weight ,i am worried about my health ,, i'm doing weight watchers now

hi.im brenda , and i am in a pickle ,i want to eat ALL the time , i have gained so much weight its not funny, i dont get hungry i just eat ,,any one have any ideas to help me ,,please Sad
