Gah, I slack off again.
Day 4

What is your favorite healthy snack or treat?
I'm in love with dried prunes currently. I also love chocolate mousse made out of chobani greek yoghurt, unsweetened baking chocolate powder and stevia.

What is your exercise routine?
I do not have a routine currently. I try best to power walk at least 40 minutes a day. If I'm not too lazy, I would do a little calisthenics.

BIG FAIL!
I went out with parents and family. I had a lot of sweets eek!

Do you binge? If so, when was your last binge and how did it make you feel?
I'm a binger. The last time I binged was today (17/9/2013, see below). It made feel not so bad. I was bored.

My colleague gave me some sugar-free candies.

What was the last compliment you remember receiving? What is the best compliment you could possibly receive?
The last compliment I received was from my god-sis on Sunday. She told me that my stomach is a little flatter. I was happy. The best compliment I got was when I managed to lose a tons of weight from 58kg down to 52kg. It was a great achievement.

BIG FAIL!
I had a pack of biscuits, 1 chocolate, some wasabi peas, cake slices with cream. Hmm.
This is why I do not want to update my diet calendar these days. ><

Day 3 of junk free
If you were at your ultimate goal weight right now what piece of clothing you buy/wear?
If my body reached its happy and fit state, I would be in sleeveless tops for sure! My arms are always flabby because I seldom work my arms out ><
Anyway, I had a small cupcake today. I think it was okay as it was given by a colleague who left today as a goodbye gift.
I love power walking recently. It has less impact compared to jogging/running. My legs and bum are in pain and I feel good about it. I found out that my legs are slimmer hehe! Yay!

Day 2 of junk free
What is your favorite part of your body?
This is a tough question. I think my favourite part of my body is my lashes lol because they are pretty long :). I love my round eyes too although they are not large.
I also like my brows because they are pretty full. I don't need to draw my brows. However, I get annoyed when they are long and messy. As a lady, I'm fairly lazy to take care of my appearance. So, I hate to trim them regularly.
I also like my hair because it's thick. However, it can get crazy at times.
I'm now trying to make the list longer haha. I love me!
I did not eat junk today. Success!

Day 1 of junk-free
What is your current weight and what would you like it to be?
I weighed myself today. Holy Mama! I went from 55.2kg to 56.1kg in a blink of an eye.
Sadly, I'm 56.1kg now.
I consider myself short, so I would like myself to be 50kg. I'm happy even if my weight ranges between 50kg and 53kg. This is because my body feels good at this range.
Today, I did not touch sweets! Yay!
