Good Morning,
Well I've been on here for 2 weeks and I am 7lb down already. I am really pleased about this as I'm enjoying healthy eating and exercise again (It's been a long time coming!) I had my first blip yesterday though which is why I am writing this post. I didn't plan my food and I ate junk! I was still within my calories and I went to the gym but what I ate was not sufficient and not healthy! There! I've admitted it and I can crack on with being good again. So, a pint of water and scrambled eggs and ham for breakfast! Yum! Have a good day everyone :)
