So im 20 years old and I know if i wan't to be a healthy woman as i get older i need to start now. I am not fat at all but just unhappy i am very out of shape for being 20, I am totally unmotivated when it comes to exercising and that is not good because i wan't to be healthy and strong and feel good about myself...So i decided to take that step, suck it up and try to change the way i eat and take care of myself for good..I am trying to avoid sugar since i have the hugest sweet tooth and it's a real struggle especially since the candy bowl at work is in front of me all day long!! Here's to making changes for the better :)

Are you seeing much weight loss in first 2 weeks on the abs diet?
I just started the diet about 6 days ago, and I haven't followed it to the extreme because im still waiting for my book to come but i've lost about a pound but im sure its because i was eating so much junk food everyday so when i switched to healthy eating 6 times a day it was a shock to my body and it sorta feels like its cleaning me out...I hope to loose about 7 lbs on this diet and get toned but more importantly its about learning to make better decisions when eating...Good luck!

Did anyone see my question re. "Weight control" oatmael?
Im not sure if it's okay but i can warn you i've tried the Weight control maple and brown sugar and it smells good at first but then after you put the water it smells horrible and it tastes even worse....So i'd much rather just use plain oatmeal with a little splash of milk or you can mix half oatmeal and half cottage cheese with a little stevia and almonds! it's yummy and it feels you up....
