after a day of going off my diet, back on it today. the other night i had to go to the er for a dang splinter that got underneath my fingernail. the dr took it out but had to eat something so i wouldnt get sick. now, back to hoping to lose some more pound :-)

wooo! its
HOT!!
got back from store and had to have a diet coke. thats 2 for today and a crystal light bottle. gonna have water rest of the day, or whats left of it. fixing to go eat dinner, just trying to figure out what, lol.

i have an unusual sleeping pattern, so i just ate my lunch. did good these past days, but sometimes its hard, especially when hunger pains come a knocking at your dooor. im up to 23 carbs already so i have no idea what to eat for dinner. just meat i guess.
