I have decided this year is the year I'm going to get this sorted [just like I did last year] but already making fairly good process. I lost 3 stone 3 years ago and kept 2 1/2 stones off but now I want to get rest off.

I am now on day 2 of phase 1 so any tips would be greatly appreciated too! So far we're eating lots of eggs, boiled eggs and omlette. I'm struggling most of all with not being able to eat fruit but enjoying being able to eat low fat dairy [which my previous eating plan didn't allow]
My plan is to grin and bear it for 2 weeks until I can have my fruit back again!

It's all about finding the reason you want to lose weight! that's what stops you reaching for the candy or what ever!
just think of why you want to lose weight. it can be positive or negative! mine is a mix of both [i want to be able to wear a bikini when i go away next year and I had a awful moment at xmas when I realised I had nothing that would fit but tracksuit bottoms!] Just got to find your reason and hold on to it!!

staying with it!
I keep a food diary so that even if I can't get on here I have to think about what I'm eating and it makes me think twice. The challenges can be a good way to concentrate you. Try out the recipes as well, I love finding recipes on here that taste good but are diet friendly.

What to do for breakfast when you don't like eggs?
We eat fruit a lot, or cold meat. If we've had chicken breast for the night before sometimes we cook double and have it next morning. Or nuts and dried fruit are handy for an on the go snack. Have you tried turkey bacon?

Normal healthy eaters?
I'm glad some one else has found that! I've been freaking out because everytime I log my food I come out as eating about twice as much as everyone else. I think some people only log some of their food because I can't believe anyone can live on 400 calories
