Hello everyone!!! My name is Karly and I am 21 years old. Slowly over the past 2 years I have steadily been putting on weight which I guess I just ignored for awhile. 2 years ago I was sitting at 145lbs and when I started this diet I was 220lbs. Slow and steadily I have been shedding the lbs thanks to the G.I. diet. I blame the weight gain on the fact that I worked in a grocery store for those 2 years in a deli (with lots of deep fried foods) and the bakery, so putting on weight was very simple. I have recently quit the grocery store to try and get my weight back on track!!!! I joined to get support, great tips and awesome recipes!!! Well thats me in a nutshell. :)
