HELP my RDI IS 2300
So my daily RDI is 2300 I guess because I work out daily 20 to 30 minutes cardio 20 to 30 minutes weight training and TRX. I was trying to watch my carb intake and boost my protein but it seems like 2300 calories is a lot more than I want to eat. Help suggestions. So far I have already had 101 grams of fat thats a lot and only 94 protein 37 carbs. How do total 1548 in calories and I did not eat dinner yet. WHAT DO I DO OR SHOULD I SAY EAT NOW SEEMS LIKE I HAVE HAD TOO MUCH ALREADY.
