i wanted to share my troublesome tattoo! it's much better than the first time, but i'm going in for another touch-up tomorrow. another week or so off exercise, ugh. the petals on the curve of the shoulder aren't holding ink well!

I'm happy for any progress. I kept my macros balanced but I ate a little more than usual trying to combat less use of caffeine. my energy sucked! it's pretty much impossible to get through life right now without it 😬

I wanted to post while I'm getting ready for my long day. I'm going to campus early to study, class until five, and then work... I am hoping to fit in lifting after work, too. my body missed it but I'm sore after a week break! my tattoo is mostly healed so I've started up again, but the pesky bend of the shoulder keeps losing ink (I may need a third round 😬).
I started off with a protein shake, bringing water and a protein bar with me, I have an hour mid-way for lunch... let's do this!!

wow no loss but no gain either 🤷 I kept to a 1200 cal average while I'm not active (tattoo still healing) so maybe it all just came off last time, lol.
