Made myself get up and goto the gym today. If I want this I have to earn it. I did Legs. I seem to be most comfortable doing Legs on my own. I'll have to get over that, but for right now I normally have a workout buddy. I did extensions calves and quads, press, and worked inner and outer hip abductors. I was pouring sweat at the end and my legs were jelloish (yeah i said it).

Went to the Gym with Rob today. Did chest and triceps, this is going to hurt tomorrow. I'm feeling fat today. I weighed in after the gym and was disheartened by the 226 (showed 221.5 this morning) on the scale. I know thats stupid because weight changes during the day and at the gym alone I downed about 45 oz of water, and then on the way home I had a 16 OZ protein shake. I need to stop focusing on the weight as I'm likely adding muscle mass. I have actually been eating a bit less lately. I'm getting full much easier. Overall I feel like I"m still making progress.
