Slowly but consistently I'm loosing a bit of weight. I guess since I put it on over the past 30 years, I should not begrudge that it is coming off so slowly. I'm changing my eating habits, so I guess that is what is important. Now if I could just get the exercising down, I'd be in much better shape. Wish I would not lament so every time I pass the bakery section of the grocery story, or my favorite confection shops!
