Well it isnt a huge drop...but it is progress. I have been taking some medication this week and it is known for slwing down your metabolism so perhaps that may be why I havent lost a lot. I am still very resolved to make this happen.

I just did my weekly weigh-in. I have to say that I am very pleased with the results. I have been following induction with no error or "slip ups". It hasnt been the easiest thing in the world, but as long as I have my eyes set on the final goal it has not been hard at all. When it comes to food "Carpe diem" is not a good way to live. We all have to get past this urge for immediate gratification and look down the line to the end goal. It will all be worth it in the end.

Well I went out and bought some ketone strips today. I know they are not fool proof but I figure for ten bucks it is a decent measure of where I am at. Man I am hopin to see some dark colors on the stips. Wish me luck!!
