It's time to get back to it! Going through a divorce, the loss of a parent, getting over pneumonia - I NEED to take care of ME for awhile. Weighed in yesterday at 226.5. A solid 4 pound increase from when I was diagnosed with pneumonia. Thank you steroids!! Sheesh! If anyone has any advice for eating with Type 2 Diabetes, I am all ears! I'd love to hear about your personal experiences navigating your mid-life menopausal crisis and staying healthy!!
