I made soup out of my cabbage and beef and that really filled me up. Unfortunately I froze my ground beef in 4oz portions by mistake and (of course) I ate what I made. This made me go over 500 calories, so I will probably suffer with my weight tomorrow.

I'm surprised it did not drop...I was just getting use to my weight going down. I drank about 3/4s of the water. Today I will make sure I drink a gallon.

I goofed on the amount of shrimp that I ate. I read the serving amount on the package as 11 shrimp. It was, however, the number of serving that the bag held. This means that I ate a little over 3 servings at one time. RATS I will now go mow my lawn to burn off some of those calories.

Today was fairly easy for me. I am so very thankful that I am not feeling as if I am starving. I am feeling very hopeful. I still am not getting all the water I should down.
Tomorrow is a starting my first weekend on the diet. I normally get bored and eat. I hope I can stay busy so I won't miss eating as much.
