I have been ill for a while, had a left arm and left food injury that led me to be not able to exercise. I started exercising last week, managed 3days and walking 5 km a day on average. I have not gained weight in my 3 months of non-activity but have gained fat and it shows in centemetres. Today I started a new exercise plan, coupled with a raw food diet. I hope this will get me back to my bikini body in time for summer.
