Has anyone heard of that rule "every inch you are above 5 ft, add 5 pounds to 100"?
I have heard a lot of asian people tell me this. So if i'm 5"4...my goal should be 120?
I decided I wanted to change my goal to 115, but don't know if I should.

I used to be on prednisone, and anyone who has taken that medication KNOWS what evil things it does to your body. I was a big fat bloated looking monster at 150 pounds. Mind you, I'm only 5"4, so that's a lot of weight to carry.
I've tapered off the medicine since then. And I've lost over 25 pounds. It feels damn good.
