I am so happy I lost 3 lbs this week. I have been at a stand still for about a month so I am glad that I am making progress again.

Well I was able to keep my snacking at bay today. :) I didn't do much exercise today other than a little over an hour on the treadmill. I have joined and started a few challenges so hopefully they will help me to stay on track. I know that I can do it I just have to stay positive and remember that I am doing this for my future,my long healthy future.

I had too much junk food last night. :( I guess i will have to work a little harder the next few days to undo the damage. lol I had a great new years eve and day with my family. I hope everyone will have a wonderful new year and make lots of progress on their goals. :)

Well another year has gone by and I am happy to say that I kept my new years resolution to lose weight. I lost a total of 52lbs this year. I am going to keep the same resolution for 2011. I am going to try to lose another 52lbs or maybe more. I still have a little over 80lbs to go to reach my goal weight. I also created a challenge today. The Just Dance Challenge which will last for 12 weeks it is all about having fun while dancing off a few pounds.
