I'm still going to record my food, even though I'm doing the skinny plate challenge. I found I like to keep track.

I'm going to a party later for my nephew. Lots of food and drinks! I'm going to eat before I go, since the menu is never that healthy. I've been eating way to much as it is the last few days. I feel like I've been spiriling out of control. This always happens to me. This time I'm putting the breaks on. I don't like how I feel right now. In the past I don't think I've ever recognized that gross feeling of just being over stuffed.
In September I am taking this skinny plate challenge. Three meals a day with a small plate. You can put three food items on it, no bigger than the palm of your hand. Snacks have to be healthy ones like fruit or veggies through out the day. So for Septemeber I won't be posting what I eat, but I will record my exercises.

I've been offline for a few days. I haven't really made an effort to get the gym either. My eating has been ok. A few cokes this week and chips. Ugh did not feel good after that binge. I feel like I put the bakes on before the damage was to bad. School has started up again for me now. It's time to get a little more organized and take time to get to the gym again. If I have time to play around on facebook I have time for the gym LOL.

Time to look up some new recipes. I feel like I've been eating the same stuff for weeks now. It's been working! lol but I really need to change it up some. I'm going to take a look at the recipes on this website.
