VERY BAD WEEKEND!!! I was doing really well, and on Friday I decided to give myself a treat dinner using my 35 flex points. The hubby and I went to Carabba's for dinner, and it's was fantastic. So, the next day, I'm suppose to get right back on track, right? Wrong. The next day, the husband and I get in a bit of a tiff, We go to a kids birthday party, and while I don't have cake or anything, I am just generally annoyed and in a bad mood and hungry, and the best option is going out to eat- well, I total blow it at the restaurant. Then, yesterday, I was having an ok day, until my 11 month old daughter fell off the sofa and hit her head on the stone fireplace. We had to take her to the ER, and they admitted her for observation, and she is fine- we left this morning and she is doing great. But, around 11 pm my hubby and I have not eaten since lunch, and he runs out and gets Sonic for us. He asked me if I want to get something lowfat or light, and I tell him " No- i want a big burger with mayo and lots of cheese". So there that day goes. So, today, so far, I'm back on track. I'm just going to chalk those 2 days as a mess up, take away all of my flex points for the week and start fresh today. I don't want to feel bad about it, i just want to start again, and think about the fact that I am 7 lbs down from first weigh in, and that 2 days might slow my progress, but it doesn't make me gain back that 7 lbs, so I'm not going to beat myself up over it.

Can anyone say " stress eating?"- it's like my f*ing mantra!
