Another hard week.
I'm not sure how much of this decrease is fat, all of my lifts have been down for the last 2 weeks so I think that I'm starting to burn through muscle.
This is extremely counter productive, I get the feeling that my body is really starting to rebel against the low calorie diet.
Over the last month I've been increasing my calories on the weekend which has made me feel better, the downside is the massive energy crash that I experience by the middle of the week.
From next week onwards I've decided to increase my calories to maintenance levels, I'll still track my calories and do meal prep but expect my weight to increase by at least a few kgs as my carb levels increase.
1300 calorie days were manageable right up until I hit around the 95kg mark, I assume that my body is now fighting to hold onto the last 10kg (or so) excess body fat.
I'm giving myself a new goal, to have a sustainable weight of 90kg by July, this gives me enough time to recover from my diet fatigue.
Cardio will be continued as I've been doing though I might take a week off from lifting weights due to a persistent muscle strain that just won't heal, this injury may be due to being run down for so long.
