Well, I as dissapointed when I got on the scales yesterday and realized my weight was 230 and not 218. I guessed when I signed in the other day because that is what it has been for months. I had no idea I had gained another 12 lbs.!!! OMG!!!! How depressing. But we have been getting some vegetables in from our garden so I have been eating at least for lunch and sometimes for supper too. But I still need to get more motivated. I am so disappointed in myself.

Ok, I am back. I have not been on Fat Secret in a very long time. I did the low carb diet a couple years ago but it was too hard to follow and once I quit boy was I in trouble. I weight more now than I ever have. I have had alot of medical issues so I have not been excercising. It is like a viscious cycle. I feel bad and hurt so I don't move and the more I do that the worse I feel. It is a viscious cycle. I am going to try my best to start cutting back and see if I can get some energy to move a little. Fat Secret was very helpful to me in the past to keep track of my intake, excercise, and support. Hopefully I can get motivated again. I am so unhappy with how I am now.
