Back on track for two weeks...need to make this a permanent lifestyle. Purchased a Nutribullet and really liking it. Think it has helped with eating the right things.

Instead of using the summer to exercise and lose, I spent it being rushed and stressed. This resulted in a weight gain instead of a weight loss. However, as the saying goes, "today is the beginning of the rest of my life" and, if I don't do something about this weight and like of exercise, it is going to be a short life!

Sick with lots of stress the past couple of months but hopefully back on track. Hope to see good results in the future. Giving myself a 12 week challenge to lose 1 - 2 lbs. per week between now and week of August 13th.
