Doing OK with the diet. Trying to start logging food again. Still headed down the scale and very happy about that. I’ve not been drinking my ketones much recently. Waiting on a new shipment to come in. It is so expensive that I prefer to use it strategically.

Looks like I am back to my normal weight loss pace. But at least it is going down. I consider that a win!

Wow. I just weighed myself and I have lost 9 pounds in a little over 2 weeks. This is totally amazing for me. I am so happy!! The only negative is that I’m still struggling mightily with my Blood Pressure and I’ve really not been feeling well at times. I’m working on getting more electrolytes and hope that will help. But I think I’m not eating enough. I barely eat at all because I’m not hungry. I have to change that! I doubt I can do it this week because I have lots going on but I need to start logging my food again. I’m also planning to join diet Doctor and get a keto meal plan. Not having a clue what to eat is not good when you are lazy and just not hungry.

I have to say that yesterday was awful. I felt so bad I actually asked my mother to call me this morning to check on me. My blood pressure was all over the place. But, I decided to drink some sole water and take a couple magnesium pills thinking it could be related to Keto Flu. Well apparently it was because I feel so much better today. Yay!!
