I thought the challenge started on sunday so I did an hour walk/run. Today (Monday) I rode my bike for 70 minutes.

I am eating healthy with sunday as my day to eat whatever i like, only after 60 mins of exercise. i lost 5 pounds this week :) i start a 300 mins a week exercise challenge today and did my 60 mins of walk-running this morning then went and had ice cream at the park.
I'm excited about the challenge!!!!

I was busy and never took the time to eat until lunch so i quickly had a vega protein shake with mixed berries and pineapple.
Afternoon snack was a earl grey tea soy latte and a ryvita cracker with peanut butter and banana.
For supper I had a lean organic hamburger on a whole wheat bun with ketchup, mustard and relish. and also a mixed greens salad with avacado, oranges, green apple, walnuts,dried cranberries and a dressing(olive oil, white balsamic, lemon juice, rhubarb jam)
I need to make sure to start eating earlier in the day.
