I didn't hold true to my diet and ate four very fatting iced Oatmeal cookies and A two packages of ramen noodles, Cream cheese and chicken added. I was just so stressed and I know I a stress eater. I tried to catch myself and at my break at work, I ran for about 45 minutes and now am writing this. This binge eating is the reason I fail at dieting and it has to stop. I need to write this post so this wouldn't keep going on with me.

I plain to just drinks lots of water for the rest of the day. I am already over the daily calorie intake for a normal human- being and it only 12pm. I have to be working until 10:00 so hopefully that will help me burn some more calories as well. I hope this doesn't screw up my weigh in friday.

I started pilitaes(can't spell it) 3 days a week and it hard so I know that will help. Ok I am off I atleast want to be 215 or under friday but I doubt it.

I got all my products for my slim-fast diet which I am very happy about. I lost over 100 pounds on slim-fast and I recently started gaining weight back which I hate. I am not up to my highest weight but I am over 200 which is to close to 300 to me.

My sister in law did weight watchers and still looks great after having one child. She is 20 weeks pregnant and from what i here she looks like she isn't even pregnant. Christmas is coming up and to tell you the truth I want to lightly than the 9 month pregnant women in the room. It would be horrible sad if I was the biggest one there tummy included, lol!!!!

I have lost some weight just from working myself to death, (working not working out) I will start working out monday, every morning 5 days a week.

I truly believe by christmas I will be at least 150, well that is wishful thinking but that is fine by me.
