I am just me, trying to lose weight, as always it is a hard battle, just had knee scope surgery so haven't been able to do much till now. hopefully this time i will do better losing weight.

Hello, it is me again, I have found out how you can report an error, go to your inbox page, scroll all the way to the bottom, click on FAQ, under general which will be at the top, click on how to report an error, there you can send a message about your error, i just reported mine.

Hello , how frustrating, i just got back on this site after almost a year, i have 36 unread messages, even though i read a few, i get that 403 forbidden message when i try to delete them, haven't tried to much else yet, but if i figure out how to solve this i will let you know.

no luck losing weight
I have been stuck at about the same weight for about 2 years now. i will either lose a couple pounds or gain a couple. I have been eating better, healthier, excersising more to no avail. any suggestions would be helpful. i only can do low to moderate excercise.
