Low Carb Breakfast Ideas?
Any breakfast meat is zero carb, its the flour based products that are high in carbs, stick with eggs and any breakfast meat and you'll be good to go, also a fresh berry smoothie with ice and 1/4th cup half and half (low carb also) is a quick low carb on the go breakfast, skip the bread and potatoes unless your going to run a marathon that day and you will lose weight naturally, ive lost 33 since August doing this, it works and you dont have to go hungry or constantly be doing a calorie math problem in your head! We are fat and unhealthy because of carb overlaod in our diet!
