Good morning fat secret.5th workout this week in the books feeling tremendous.didn't do usual workout today didn't feel.like pushing the weights today so today's workout was 50 goblet squats 40 push-ups and a 2 mile walk.woke this.morning looking leaner with a slight weight gain so @Katsolo muscle up blob down.will take another walk tommorrow.calories kept in range that suits me feeling an easy 10 years younger and people are noticing the change so I will take that for a win.have tremendous day fat secret stay safe healthy and strong 💪.

Good afternoon fat secret.found a little gem in town this morning off the mountain.a nutrition store that has protein donuts all kinds of flavors 65 calories and delicious.workout had this morning on par for 5 workouts this week and feeling tremendous.W.O.E. is just regular food no restrictions upped protein with protein powder and that was just what I was missing.Mrs.mountain and the lil mountain went clothes shopping and bought me some new shorts and low and behold tried them on and MRS.says you need your belt said yep dropped two pant sizes.Anyone who thinks they need to go to extremes you don't find what works for you and stick with it.have a great day fat secret.stay safe healthy and strong.

Good morning, fat secret. I hope all is well. OTB123 The fishing was so so a few stripers, nothing big but some for the freezer, the walleye bite was slow and that's why they call it fishing.Had Alumni weekend and it almost wore me me out pushing damn hot boxes full of food different little events for the Alumni.I wish I had step counter I would have like to seen the amount my quads are sore so it was a lot.Workout planned today then back to work.Have a great day everybody.stay safe healthy and strong.
