Pushed really hard last night in my workout, really sore this morning. But I finally got below 300!!!

Just goes to show, your body is going to do what your body is going to do. Intentionally trying to cut, but I didn't stop training. My body slid into a bulk, seen a nice little improvement in the upper arms and my quads.

Okay...it is what it is. I think, even though I'm trying to intentionally cut, that my body went into a natural bulk, since I'm still training hard.
