Great workout session last night, arms and shoulders feeling good. Tonight I hit the legs.

No change, well, I'm down from yesterday, but I didn't post yesterday because I was frustrated. Friday I will be moving back into some serious training, working out 6 days a week, upping my calories. So I expect to probably gain 10 pounds, minimum...so expect the weight to fluctuate over the next couple of months.

I'm on point with my macros, my diet is good, I'm not eating in excess. So the only thing I can chalk it up to is a natural bulk cycle, where my body is adding muscle.

Absolutely intense workout last night, went for max volume, back and chest. Lots of sets, lots of reps. But I'll come back bigger and stronger for it, so the pain is worth it.
