Now that the eggs are boiled, colored and found......
I had 2 for Easter breakfast, sliced over some steamed asparagus with homemade Hollandaise sauce over it. Might have the same thing tomorrow only with a slice of ham underneath.
I like regular deviled eggs but for some spicy ones I like these:

Surprised at low carb ignorance!
I'm also surprised they were not more accommodating especially where you told them you had special dietary restrictions. Also, these days many people have to eat sugar free or gluten free. That B&B needs to wise up.
I've found that if I mention low carb (or heaven forbid, Atkins) that people are clueless and think they are doing you a favor by trying to get you to eat some breads because we will just drop dead right there on the spot if we don't have a bunch of bread each day.
I usually say that I can't have grains (bread, pasta, rice) or sugar and that meats, eggs & veggies are fine. That works better but it is still a battle. Of course they still try to go all low fat on you and offer fat free dressings or some of that low cal soft margarine (like Promise).
