This sucks!! I've been abour 98% faithful to the BFC >15g sugar/day and carbs at 5-6 servings and this week even lower on the carb end as I'm following Dr. Mercola's advise for Protein types. But,the weight isn't moving. Don't know how much is water (stupid thyroid) as I can't even get my rings of this morning and my eyes are swollen. But I refuse to quit. I'll just keep on keeping on. At least I'm not gaining.

First Shabbat on new eating plan. Lots of temptations during oneg (meal after service) but managed to make good choices and limit portions. Then at mom's for early supper.. Taco Salad (Yeah) and wings. A few apple slices and she made banana pudding. Had a polite serving (maybe 1/3 cup) of the pudding...and everything else. WAY over on sugar grams...but under 2000 cals for day. Had more carbs than normal as well.

I've spent the better part of 50 years struggling with what feels like an addiction to food...I'd diet and loose and be good for a while, and then I'd fall off the wagon...again. I last fell off the wagon 3 years ago; I climbed back on it 3 days. So I guess my intro entry is "Hi, my name is Julie and it's been 3 days since I last overate".
