Hello All, I am still here how's everyone? I was in Hastings last week and put on 2.5 lbs in 2 days. So yet again starting over, this is my life. When I was young I weighed 7.5 stone now I am somewhere between 8.10 to 9.2 stone this is ridiculous 😒. But being nearly 65 years old one expects to weigh up. Nature is odd everyone is so different. I am watching a Freddy Mercury tribute with the very best David Bowie sadly missed too and Annie Lennox. It's torn between sad and happy songs and memories. Thank goodness tomorrow is Sunday. Mine weigh-in day. I hope you all do especially well and get the weight results you are all aiming for. Good luck Everyone. Merry Mel 🤩

Hi, Are you all in Spring mode? I am, also I am in Hastings this weekend. Steps all done 10,435. I have been so busy this week and have tomorrow to go yet. Whatever you are all up to this week enjoy. if you do something that's a bit 😔 think of happy times while you are doing it. you might be nursing a dying person so think happy thoughts while doing your work.
