Weight is up today, but thats because I had a IDGAF weekend - also knowing that Im going to try to buckle down and really do this. Which in hindsight is dumb because it just moved me back further from my goal. I also need to check my attitude. Ive been starting to let negativity in and I need to knock that off. It really makes a difference.
I met with a Dietician last week and got a macro update. Its lower than Im used to (and by that I mean when I actually tried to follow macros). I did some prepping yesterday and I think that Im ready, finally, to start. Im working the next two weekends so Im a little worried about that, but I think that if I can plan, and stick to it, then it shouldnt be an issue.

Ok my freakout is under control. I went to my healthy weight management class last night and realized that it wasnt just a few celebrations that Ive been having, weve also been drinking a ton of boba lately and weve been going to the movies because we bought a pass to see all of the Hunger Games movies over 5 weeks. Hi Reality - nice to see you again. I made an appointment with my gyms dietician which was WAY more reasonably priced than I expected. Im not sure what I expect to get out of it yet so any advice is appreciated. I really just need some accountability. My fasting glucose this morning was 147 but Im not sure If I had a sip of coffee (with creamer) before I took it. I dont think I did but Im not sure. We got a bunch of snow today so I guess my workout will be shovelling!
Next week, Im going to try to meal plan as well as meal prep. Prep is fine for breakfast and lunch but that leaves dinner wide open to takeout.
