Last 2 days not 100% on track. Food journal done today, walked, and did some grocery shopping. Hope everyone has a great week.

Hungry now did not eat enough food. Drank lots of water, trying to flush sodium out. Food is nutrition, need to fuel to function. Hope all had a good day.

Did food journal, some stretching, laundry. Ate more carbs than protein. Hands and feet puffy, drinking lots of water. Will weigh again on 1-1-2016. Stay positive. Hope everyone has a Happy New Year.
