Head pain, started at 2:45 AM and it's now 4:30 and still there, intermittent, level 2/10, left side of head, above temple, inside head, now a 1 but continuing. Now a 1 level pain in left side of neck, where I have carotid artery stenosis.That's gone after a few seconds, now back. But I am sitting up awkwardly.
Noon. Went back to bed at 7 and slept till 10. Pain gone. Strange feeling, though.
BP 7AM 156/81, 62.
Bike ride 30 minutes.
