Cutting back on sodium has done my body good. It’s amazing how much sodium is “hidden” in foods. Check your labels. High sodium foods + water intake = weight gain. Why? Because sodium retains water leading to water weight gain. We all know drinking water is good, but make sure you are cutting back on sodium, otherwise your body will retain all that sodium! One alternative I have found for “salt” is “salt free Mrs. Dash”. Great favor without all the negative side effects. Thoughts?

Turkey meatballs stuffed with blue cheese. Homemade red sauce Italian style ❣️. Good on fat and calories. A bit high in sodium.
