October 25th is the last time I weighed myself. I ABSOLUTELY KNEW IT WASN'T GOING TO BE GOOD BECAUSE I JUST FELT FATTER!!
I really hope much of this weight is caused by visiting many family members this Thanksgiving week, eating too many carbs and drinking too many liquids!
A drop of 4 or 5 pounds this week would be nice.
My blood pressure even went up a little bit. Ugh! Speaking of this, are there any foods that help reduce blood pressure?
Hope you all had a good Thanksgiving Holiday and are back on track...at least until Christmas! :)

Dang!!!
didn't watch what I ate but did get a workout in this weekend. Gained .4 pounds or as I like to call it, a quarter pounder with cheese! Back on the bike again today.

I didn't sleep well last night so I woke up way late today. Then I lounged around procrastinating because I promised someone I would do something that even day laborers would turn down!! But a promise is a promise and on a very hot day as it has become, it will be tough but I will do it.
I had to get some nourishment before I started and really wanted breakfast; low carbs, little sugar and a lot of protein. I looked in the fridge and not eggs, not egg beater. I had already started the sautéed onions for what I thought was an omelette.
So I added to the onions some tomatoes, baby spinach, a slice of deli turkey ham, a bit of pepperjack cheese and put it on Ezekial toast and made a great impromptu sandwich!
How's that for improvising.

Another two tenths of a pound, i'll take it!!
Maybe I will break the 210 mark by Monday!
