I forgot to log Monday's weight in but It was a drop of 2.2 pounds, which is a good thing.

I start my new regimen of drinking two glasses of ice water as soon as I get up in the morning. I read it gets your body working so why not.
I guess I should have weighed myself before water because I only decreased .6 pounds. Next Monday I will do that.

I am totally hurting today and tomorrow will probably be worse BUT...I really like the accomplishment!
