HELLO EVERYONE!
It's been a while since I logged on but I think it's time to keep track of my nutrition again.
I gained 4 pounds since my last weigh in. It's a bit disappointing to at least not maintaining my weight, but considering I have eaten many things I shouldn't have for quite a while now, 4 pounds is not earth shattering.

I haven't been keeping track of calories or even weighed myself in a few weeks. I have been keeping more track of sugar and carbohydrates and not calories. It's been a real eye opener since EVERYTHING seems to have sugar in it. I limited myself to 15 grams and no more than 100 grams of carbs.
Didn't lose much but frankly, it was much easier to keep track of these two things.
I have been very much being consistent with my workouts and weight training mostly.
How have you all been doing?

This month has been a blurrrrrr!
Am I the only one who, when working many many hours a day, just totally lose focus on health and nutrition?
I try to prepare my meals to make them nutritious. I am working on the TASTY part. But when I get home late, I just don't have the energy or will to do it and just grab what I can grab. It ends up not being a good thing.
