I have always prided myself on working out, but over the last few years it has been hit and miss, due to the way I was working. I need to get back on track and start working out at least 3 to 4 days a week again, I just need a little encouraging now. I am 51 years old, and I have 4 four grandkids that like to run around and play. I want to be able to keep up with them. I do The Firm Upper Body workout, I know it is an older workout, but it is the only thing that really works for me and gets and keeps me in shape.
