Im going to be drinking Shakeology every morning since I feel it makes me feel fuller, and overall I am feeling great using it! I am also a beachbody coach and I love what I am doing!
I will be following a lower calorie diet, 1300-1500 calories, lower carbs and trying to stay away from any unnatural sugars :)

can't believe i wasted almost 900 calories on fast food!! ugh!!! who does that! and you know what the food wasn't even that good! it was not worth wasting! i will not do that again!!

wow, got some news that really explains why my body is acting the way it is. glad i know-no excuses! now i have a very important reason to get the weight off!! plan of attack, shakeology and working out - going to do this beachbody style!
